Theranos presentation

On August 1, 2016 at the 68th AACC Annual Scientific Meeting, Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes gave a presentation on her company’s technology. In this special session, Holmes discussed a compact instrument called “miniLab,” the inside of a cartridge-based testing system, video and description of micro-collection devices, and a concept called a virtual analyzer.

Following the presentation by Ms. Holmes, a moderator-led Q&A session featured questions submitted in real-time by members of the audience. The moderator panel included 2016 AACC President Dr. Patricia Jones, and Drs. Y.M. Dennis Lo and Stephen Master.
