ADLM 2025 attendees that are eligible to claim credits, must evaluate sessions and claim ACCENT or CME credit by October 31, 2025. Each day, Sunday – Thursday, the conference begins with a thought-provoking Plenary delivered as a keynote lecture by a world-renowned expert. Plenaries address timely topics applicable to all laboratorians and span the breadth of research and medicine. See the full plenary lineup.

ADLM University includes a collection of special ticketed preconference courses that take place on Sunday as either 3- or 6-hour workshop-style courses for 30-50 participants per course. These courses are highly interactive, typically case-based by design, and often include hands-on exercises and tutorials in small group formats. They focus on practical application of key skills that will advance participants' careers and topics may range across the spectrum of laboratory medicine. Seating is limited. Monday, July 28 - Thursday, July 31
Scientific Sessions represent the core of ADLM 2024 with nearly 70 sessions taking place from Monday – Thursday. Scientific Sessions present the latest scientific information on all aspects of laboratory medicine and include a variety of education formats, presentation styles, and audience engagements. Scientific Sessions also include specially developed and invited sessions from ADLM collaborations and divisions. Explore the program.
Monday, July 28 - Wednesday, July 30
Roundtables are special ticketed sessions (only $30 per session in advance/$35 per session onsite*) that take place from Monday – Wednesday as 1-hour interactive small group discussions with up to 10 participants. These small groups allow for a unique and highly engaging experience where participants get direct interaction with the presenter and opportunities to both learn and ask questions. Topics range across the spectrum of laboratory medicine and focus on practical skills and case examples. Each Roundtable is presented twice, with one session in the morning (7:30 – 8:30 a.m. local time) and one session during mid-day (12:30 – 1:30 p.m. local time). Tuesday, July 29 - Wednesday, July 30
ADLM's Poster Hall provides a wide collection of 700+ poster presentations take take place Tuesday and Wednesday as an open access hall in the ADLM Clinical Lab Expo. Topic span the full breadth of laboratory medicine and often represent the latest in cutting-edge research. The ADLM Poster Hall is a unique opportunity to directly connect with poster presenters at their posters during unopposed presenter discussion periods.
ADLM Annual Meeting is also home to specially developed sessions and competitions.
Monday, July 28
At this special session held in the plenary hall, three diagnostic developers will present data on their innovative technologies. A panel of expert judges will then evaluate all presented testing solutions based on feasibility and performance, and the audience will also vote for their favorite technology. ADLM’s Student Research Awards Competition is held each year for students and post-doctoral fellows who are presenting authors of accepted poster abstracts for the ADLM annual meeting. Students’ posters are on display in a session room throughout the day and the top scoring submitters will compete in the Student Oral Presentation Competition. Judges evaluate both the poster presentations and oral presentations with winners announced at the ABCC-SYCL reception.
