When and where will ADLM 2026 be held?
ADLM 2026 (formerly AACC Annual Scientific Meeting and the Clinical Lab Expo) will take place on July 26–30 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA, USA.

What is the difference between the ADLM Annual Meeting and the Clinical Lab Expo?
The ADLM Annual Meeting includes hundreds of educational sessions on a wide variety of timely laboratory medicine topics.
The Clinical Lab Expo is the exhibit tradeshow of the ADLM Annual Meeting and showcases exhibitors in all areas of clinical laboratory science.
Can I earn CE/CME at the ADLM Annual Meeting?
Yes, attendees of the meeting's scientific sessions can earn both ACCENT® continuing education (CE) credits and continuing medical education (CME) credits.
Are children allowed to attend ADLM 2026?
ADLM permits individuals aged 16 and 17 with a valid government-issued photo ID to register for and attend ADLM 2026 if accompanied by a registered adult. Children under 16 are strictly prohibited from accessing the exhibit floor or attending educational sessions.

Is there a job fair or career fair at ADLM 2026?
No, there is no job or career fair onsite. If you are looking for a position in the field of laboratory medicine, visit ADLM’s Career Center to browse job listings from hundreds of clinical laboratories worldwide. You can also stop by the ADLM booth on the Expo floor for career resources.
How can I request special accommodations?
Please email [email protected] with your request. Special accommodations can also be requested during the registration process.
Will there be a coat/luggage check?
Yes. Coat/Luggage check is located outside the registration area, Hall E, in the Anaheim Convention Center. It costs $4.50 for bags and $5.50 for posters.

Fees and registration
How do I register to attend?
To register for ADLM 2026, please visit the ADLM 2026 registration page. You'll need your ADLM credentials or will need to create an account to access the appropriate pricing. Registration opens in February 2026.
How much does it cost to attend?
Details about registration fees will be available on the ADLM 2026 registration page in February. ADLM members receive discounted rates—be sure to log in with your member credentials during registration to access your member discount.
My ADLM membership has expired or will expire before the end of the meeting. Do I need to renew it before registering?
The meeting welcomes both ADLM members and non-members. ADLM members can save over $300 on regular full conference registration. For expired or non-members, we encourage you to renew or join while registering online. To qualify for discounted member registration fees, your ADLM membership must be valid through July 30, 2026. You can renew your membership during registration; your membership will be valid for one year from the payment date, or one year from your current expiration date, whichever is later.
How do I register a group?
To register a group of people, contact the Customer Service Center or call 1.508.743.8506. Group registration is not available online.
Can I register at the convention center?
Yes, you can register on-site at the Anaheim Convention Center from July 25–30. Bring your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card and a government-issued photo ID. Cash payments are not accepted onsite.
What types of payment may I use when registering?
ADLM requires full payment of all fees to register. Online registration must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). To pay by wire transfer or check, contact ADLM customer service.
Will I be able to pay for registration in cash on-site?
ADLM 2026 is a cashless meeting. Please bring your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express if paying on-site.
What are the registration hours at the convention center?

Planning your program
Are there networking or other activities at ADLM 2026?
Numerous ancillary meetings take place during the week of the conference that are held by ADLM Divisions and Local Sections, partnering organizations, educational entities, and international working groups.
ADLM and its official entities also hold several special events over the course of the meeting. Some of these events require a ticket. Check back in the coming months for more information.
Do ticketed sessions require advance purchase?
Conference and Daily registrants can purchase tickets for ADLM University and Roundtable sessions. Advance purchase is not required, but it is strongly recommended.
Badges
Where do I pick up my badge?
You may pick up your badge at any of the "Badge Pickup" counters in the convention center and headquarter hotel. Detailed badge pickup information will be emailed to all pre-registered attendees 1 week prior to the meeting.
What do I need to bring to pick up my badge?
You must show a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge. Each registrant must pick up their own badge; representatives of groups cannot pick up all the badges for that group. Please bring your confirmation letter or have your confirmation email available on your mobile device.
Where do I pick up my badge if I am an exhibitor?
Exhibitors may pick up their badges in the main registration area of the convention center.
Upgrades, cancellations, and transfers
How do I add sessions or make changes to my existing Conference Registration?
Once registration is open, you can add ticketed sessions and make changes or upgrades through the Registration Resource Center. Most sessions are included with Conference registration; only ticketed sessions (ADLM University and Roundtable sessions) require separate purchase.

If I can't attend, can I transfer or cancel my registration?
Cancellations on or before June 12: Full refund, minus $100 processing fee.
Cancellations June 13–July 11: 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations after July 11: No refunds provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Conference registrations can be transferred to another person until July 11, 2026. No transfers allowed after this date.
Transportation
Is there transportation to the convention center from the hotels?
ADLM provides shuttle bus service from most of the official hotels. Those that do not have shuttle bus service are either within walking distance of the convention center (1–3 blocks) or are serviced by a shuttle stop at a nearby hotel. A shuttle schedule will be available in June.
Is there transportation to the convention center from the airport?
ADLM does not provide transportation from the airport to the convention center. Taxi cabs and rideshare options are available.
