ADLM 2026 policies
General registration policies
- All individuals attending ADLM 2026 must register.
- Each registration order is valid for one person only.
- The attendee must be the same individual who completes the online registration.
- Registration fees are final and will not be adjusted for any reason, including sponsorships or discounts, once registration is complete.
- Registration fees do not include travel or accommodation.
- Individuals aged 16 and 17 may register and attend ADLM 2026 only if accompanied by a registered adult and with a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Children under 16 are strictly prohibited from accessing the exhibit floor or attending educational sessions at any time.
If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you attest that the attendee has been informed of ADLM’s meeting policies and agrees to comply with them.
Ticketed sessions
- A Conference or Daily registration is required to attend Roundtables. All other ticketed sessions can be purchased individually.
- Except for ticketed sessions, the inclusive pricing grants Conference registrants access to all other scientific sessions for a single flat fee. Daily registrants can attend all non-ticketed scientific sessions occurring on their registered day for a single flat fee.
- Ticketed sessions and events have limited capacity and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No waitlists will be maintained for sold-out sessions.
- Roundtables are limited to 9 participants per session, with no exceptions. Registrants may not purchase more than one ticket for a single ADLM University course or concurrent Roundtable session.
- Ticketed sessions, Roundtables, University Courses, Special Events, and Upgrades will be available in April.
Special registration types
Poster Presenters: To present your poster in Anaheim, you must have either a Conference registration or a Daily registration for the day of your presentation.
ADLM University: Courses are available for individual purchase and do not require registration for ADLM 2026.
Non-member Students/Trainees: Must join ADLM to get discounted trainee rates. Proof of full-time status required; dues $45/year added to registration fee.
Express Members: Express Members are not eligible for the ADLM member registration discount.
Payment policy
Full payment is required to register. No cash or purchase orders accepted. Online registration must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Upgrade policy
Expo Only (exhibit hall access) registrations may upgrade to a Conference registration (full conference), which includes access to all educational sessions at ADLM 2026.
Upgrades can be completed via the Registration Resource Center.
Cancellation / refund / transfer policy
Expo Only: No cancellations, refunds, or transfers allowed.
Conference Registration:
- On or before June 12: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
- June 13–July 11: 50% refund of the registration fee
- After July 11: No refunds will be provided
Transfers allowed until July 11, 2026. Contact Customer Service for details. After that date, no transfers allowed.

Conduct and liability policy
ADLM is committed to providing a welcoming and productive environment for all participants at ADLM-related events. This Conduct Policy applies to all ADLM activities, including all official ADLM-sponsored events and online presence, including social media. All attendees, media, speakers, organizers, staff, and exhibitors associated with any ADLM-sponsored event agree to adhere to the following principles:
- Respect common-sense rules for public behavior, personal space and interaction, courtesy, and respect for private property.
- Be considerate and respectful of differing perspectives during the meeting.
- Respect the rules and policies of ADLM, the meeting venue, hotels, and city.
Prohibited behaviors
ADLM prohibits discrimination, harassment—sexual or otherwise—and bullying against any person for any reason. Accordingly, some behaviors are specifically prohibited:
- Intimidation, stalking, harassment, unwelcome sexual attention, inappropriate photography, or discrimination.
- Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior.
- Yelling at, threatening, or personally insulting participants or presenters (verbally or physically).
Participants asked to stop engaging in unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately.
All participants are expected to alert staff of any dangerous situations, violations of this Policy, or of anyone in distress.
Consequences
- ADLM may remove any individual from participation without warning or refund.
- ADLM badges are the property of ADLM and must be returned upon request.
- ADLM may also prohibit the individual from attending or participating in future ADLM events and may take action related to the individual’s ADLM membership and/or volunteer service.
- ADLM may involve law enforcement as appropriate based on the specific circumstances.
Reporting violations
Violations of the Conduct Policy should be reported to on-site event staff (whether ADLM or venue security). Reports can be made through the following channels:

Event staff will assist in contacting venue security, local law enforcement, or providing other necessary support.
Liability:
Each attendee agrees that:
- Except as required by law, neither ADLM nor its affiliates are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential costs, damages, or losses arising from the event.
- ADLM may update programming, speakers, and other details at any time.
- ADLM reserves the right to change, amend, add, or remove any Policies, Terms, or Conditions without prior notice.
- If any conditions become invalid, the remaining conditions remain valid.
- These Policies, Terms, and Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors).
