Certain restrictions and exclusions apply, with not all service classes qualifying for the discount. These discounts are applicable for travel to Chicago, IL, USA starting three days prior to the meeting dates and extending three days after.

Air Canada

• Book online via the Air Canada website and enter the promotion code QTPMP7J1.
• Call the Customer Service department for new reservations at 1-800-247-2262, toll free, 24/7 within Canada and the US

Delta Air Lines

• Book online via the Delta Air Lines website and provide meeting event code NY3BU.
• Call the Delta Meeting Network® Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (EST) at 1-800-328-1111 and refer to meeting event code Meeting Event Code NY3BU

Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via our reservation 800 number.

United Airlines

• Book online via the United Airlines website and provide discount code ZPQ9724559
• Call the United Meetings Reservation Desk, Monday – Friday, at
  1-800-426-1122 for booking assistance.

MileagePlus members earn valuable miles for their travel when using the Meeting discount code.

• Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations.
• International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk.
