  • November 2026: Submission site opens
  • February 16, 2027: Midnight, US Eastern Time, submission deadline
  • April 2027: Decision notifications emailed to presenting authors
  • Late April 2027: Deadline for presenting authors to confirm presentation
  • July 13, 2027: Deadline for uploading ePosters
  • Tuesday, July 27 or Wednesday, July 28, 2027: Posters presented in person in Chicago during ADLM 2027
  • July 27 - November 1, 2027: ePosters available for All Access registrants.
