Call for proposals opens September 14
Scientific Sessions
Scientific Sessions are the core of the ADLM 2027 scientific program. These sessions explore the emerging science, technologies, clinical applications, and real-world challenges shaping laboratory medicine today and into the future.

Submit a Scientific Session Proposal
ADLM welcomes proposals that bring forward new ideas, timely topics, fresh perspectives, and important conversations for the laboratory medicine community. Strong proposals should make clear why the topic matters now and why ADLM is the right place for the discussion.
We encourage creative educational designs, not only traditional lectures. Consider formats such as point-counterpoint discussions, interactive cases, expert panels, demonstrations, audience-driven problem solving, debates, or cross-disciplinary conversations. Ask yourself: what would make someone say, I can only get this at ADLM?
What ADLM is looking for
- Highlight emerging science, technologies, clinical applications, or practice challenges.
- Bring together perspectives that create a conversation participants could not easily find elsewhere.
- Design the session experience intentionally, with engagement and application in mind.
- Make the Only Here value clear in the title, description, format, and faculty mix.
